To cancel a cleaning appointment, the Client must notify Marbella Maid at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone. Failure to do so results in a charge of 50% for the first missed appointment and 100% for subsequent ones. This keeps our staff schedules organized and ensures quality service.
